Online Abstract Submission

General information

Abstracts will be published as a supplement to The EuroBiotech Journal. (Link:https://sciendo.com/journal/EBTJ )
All registered and published abstracts will have a DOI number.
The EuroBiotech Journal is now indexed by Scopus.
Scopus is one of the abstract and citation databases of peer-reviewed scientific journals, books, and conference proceedings. Scopus is a sign of the quality of the content it features, and all journals must undergo a detailed evaluation and selection process before acceptance.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. The abstract must not exceed 200 words. The title of the abstract should be a maximum of 20 words. The whole paper must not exceed 250 words (Including author information, affiliation details, and title).
2. The abstracts must be submitted only in English.
3. The title should not be capitalized, only the first letters in capitals.
4. The presenting author’s name should be selected as Presenter.
5. The tables and figures cannot be included.
6. Abstracts will not be re-typed or corrected once they are submitted.
7. It is the author’s responsibility to submit the abstract in perfect order with no errors in spelling or grammar.
8. An author can only be a presenter on one oral or poster presentation.

However, all authors can be co-authors on other oral presentations and authors on multiple poster presentations.
* A full registration fee will be applied to the presenter author.
** The students are prompted to submit documents at the registration desk when requested.
*** Papers of authors who have not registered for the congress will not be evaluated.

Digital Poster Technical Specifications

1. It should be prepared as a JPEG or PDF.
2. The text on the Digital E-poster should be as large and legible as possible. The recommended font is Arial, which is between 6 and 12 in type size.
3. If the information on the e-poster does not fit on one page, a second page of the same size should be made, and the quality of the pasted pictures and tables should be high.
4. If the authors have problems with JPEG resolution, they can send work files directly with ppt or PowerPoint extension.
5. JPEG or work files should be sent to the “info@overviewdmc.com” until 01 st July 2025
