Permissions
Congress invitation letters to be requested to be given to institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants through the Congress Secretariat. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation fees of the guests with such invitation letters belong to them.

Badge
All participants will be given a badge. People are always requested to wear name badges to ensure the congress level.
Slide Check & Delivery. The speaker room will serve speakers who want to check their presentations during the congress. If
the presentation is brought on a personal computer, the presentation will be transferred to the congress computers by the attendants. If requested after the presentation, it will be deleted under the supervision of the speaker.

 Certificate of Participation
Participation certificates will be sent to all participants via e-mail.

Abstract General Information
The congress presentation will be in the form of a poster and oral presentation. Those who want to participate in the congress with papers should send their abstracts from the poster and oral presentation section of the www.eurobiotech.eu website by 01 st  July 2025 at the latest. For the abstracts to be published in the digital book, it is necessary to register for the congress.
